Celebrate your child’s special day with a magical adventure they’ll never forget!

At Louisville Equestrian Center, we have over twenty years of experience in creating enchanting experiences that your child will never forget. Our pony parties promise laughter, smiles, and cherished memories for all.

Pony parties are the easiest way to introduce your child to fun with horses. Children will experience the sweet nature of horses and ponies and spend time riding and interacting with the horses, as well as all their friends.

What to Expect

Our parties are interactive and designed for children of all ages and abilities. A typical pony party provides 1-1/2 hours of fun and entertainment that kids will never forget. And whatever special needs you or your child may have, we will try our very best to accommodate you.

The cost for a basic party is $499

We can customize your party to fit your needs and budget.

Each Party Includes 10 guests plus the birthday child. Each additional guest is $30. (Please let us know when booking the party if you will have over 16 guests)

What is Included:

✔️ Pony Rides: Watch your little ones’ faces light up as they saddle up for an unforgettable ride with our gentle and friendly ponies. Our experienced handlers ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every child, from first-timers to seasoned riders.

✔️ Painting Fun: Let imaginations run wild as kids unleash their creativity by painting our ponies with non-toxic finger paints. From colorful patterns to handprints, each masterpiece adds a personal touch to the day’s adventures.

✔️ Hay Jumps: Get their energy out by letting the kids dig through a huge pile of hay to hunt for candy. Instead of finding a needle in a haystack, they get a much more delicious treat!

✔️ Party Atmosphere: Our charming barn provides the perfect backdrop for a whimsical celebration. We have a food service area adjacent to the party room and are happy to help accommodate special requests whenever we can.

Booking Details:

Availability: Simply email our office at lecponyparties@gmail.com to book a party. The LEC staff requests a minimum of two weeks to set up a pony party. We will work with you to make sure that this party is a special event that your child will never forget!

Parties are offered on Saturdays at 10:30am or 1:30pm

Parties can be booked from March through October. We can accommodate your party rain or shine. And there’s enough room at the LEC to invite as many guests as you want.
