The Louisville Equestrian Center is ushering in new programs with the New Year. In addition to our traditional lessons, LEC offers several kinds of specialty lessons for those riders looking to expand their riding routine. Classes are forming for Western, Bareback, Polo, and Equi-cise lessons. Call 502.267.0881 for more details or to sign up. And don't forget Summer Camp dates for kids age 3 to 17 are coming soon!

Hey! I am a 26-year-old Saddlebred. You have to pay attention when you work with me because I can get a little grabby and your shirttails might find their way into my mouth! Sometimes I get a little jealous when the horses that live next to me get treats and I think everyone should be feeding me treats.

What's New

We are pleased to announce that Betsy has been named one of the Top 50 Riding Instructors in America for 2009 by the American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA).  Betsy was selected from nominations submitted by students, parents and colleagues and is honored to be the only instructor selected from the state of Kentucky.  Congratulations Betsy!  We are very proud of you.
